Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities
· Responsible for developing RFP for Projects concerning Network, Security and Unified communication and collaboration.
· Work on pre sales activities of solution development, presentation and bid response
· Engage customer before and after sales regarding technical matters
· Design industry standard network and security infrastructure solutions based on the customer requirements
· Conduct detailed site survey task for network and security related projects
· Prepare, Evaluate and Validate HLD, LLD & BoM
· Prepare Network and Security Migration & implementation plan
· Ensure Quality control and assurance in project execution
· Work closely with project manager in preparation of task breakdown for developing project implementation schedule
· Review completed tasks to ascertain compliance with standards.
· Prepare Evaluate and Validate PAT, ATP and As-built document, when necessary.
· Participate in knowledge transfer session for both in-house and client team members
· Prepare an effective migration plan for sensitive business units and supervise migration work within minimum down time.
· Manage and direct post execution support activities
· Willing to take the necessary trainings and certification to further his and company’s development
Job Requirements
Proven track record in the effective leadership of a team of highly skilled Network and Security specialists
· Ability to clearly articulate complex technical subjects and present solutions to senior level management
· Excellent working knowledge of network and security technologies. This includes but not limited: Network switching and routing across Cisco, Huawei, Ruckus, Juniper hardware and software, Software Defined WAN, Software defined LAN and network segmentation, Data centre and cloud connectivity, Wireless networks, Checkpoint and Cisco security products and F5 application delivery controllers
· Familiarity with common security frameworks
· Experience with cloud and datacenter technologies, including how they are designed, how they are built, and how they can be defended
· Familiarity with Multi-Factor Authentication solutions and VPN architecture
· Experience researching, designing, and implementing defensive security systems for a globally distributed environment
· Possess a strong understanding of host and network-based access controls
· Proven experience in installation, configuration, commissioning of Controller based WLAN network
· Experience on installation and configuration of Network Management System and Network Access Control system
· Experience in security tools and technology (next-gen firewalls, IDS/IPS, vulnerability management, log management/SIEM)
· Experience in Network Management system, Network Monitoring, System
